#23 - Emerging Leaders' Project - Michael Stern (Full Episode)
19 Sep 2022
In today's podcast we will talk about: We do know about Michael Stern’s career and his biggest achievements in his field, but we will open the connecting window to his childhood that will help us picture what made him the leader he is now. In the Mission Statement of Emerging Leaders Project, we read “Emerging Leaders Project exists to empower current and future leaders to work skillfully with emergence, steward humanity through the Great Transition, and co-create a more beautiful world.” - What makes this endeavor unique as the mission statement reads rather generically? Intersubjective practices have critical significance for the great upcoming transition. When there is trust, safety, intimacy, and relatedness you can go quite quickly into a deeper field of coherence in the ‘we’ space. Is the 'we' space misused or even abused by the false prophets? More about the intersubjective practices: We are in the midst of an evolutionary leap that will allow us to emerge as a global intelligence on a previously unimaginable degree of coherence. So, why are these intersubjective behaviors so important in our times? The modern consumerist society has shaped a person’s mind to work in a way that will only satisfy their egos. Big companies teach us to think about ourselves and only do what pleases us, of course this is happening while they sell their product to us to appease our egoistic self. So how can we let go of our unreasonably bloated egos? We see a lot of things converging in the market over the last few years. What's the unique synthesis of ancient wisdom, collective healing, and social innovation? We are merging trans-lineage spirituality, where we preserve the mystical core of each unique tradition, with neuroscience, quantum physics, and energetic resonance. The crucial levers for the necessary steps towards a planetary civilization with the expertise and knowledge of the field of our guest. Michael Stern is a coach, facilitator, and co-founder of the Emerging Leaders Project, his mission is to support and empower current and future leaders to help humanity navigate the Great Transition and co-create a more beautiful world through synthesizing ancient wisdom, collective healing, and social innovation. He is originally from New York City and currently lives in Portland, Maine. He loves the ocean, mixed martial arts, dope beats, and being a father.
