Our guest is Dr. Rajat Kathuria. He is founder member of Broadband Society for Universal Access and served on the Board of Delhi Management Association. Dr. Kathuria holds a Master’s degree from Delhi School of Economics and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland (College Park), USA.
