Professor Shohini Sengupta, at the Jindal School of Banking and Finance, has a strong research background in law and finance. Her research interests focus on areas of financial regulation, financial stability and the banking sector. She has previously assisted the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Ministry of Petroleum, financial regulators, and the Fifteenth Finance Commission, on a number of socio-economic issues and legal matters.
