Now, Tara is the internationally published author of Standing on my Brothers Shoulders – Making Peace with Grief and Suicide. She is also a qualitative researcher, keynote speaker, and former firefighter and has won multiple awards for her work supporting mental health and suicide prevention particularly in the emergency services sector.
