On this episode of the Character Outs podcast I have Doug Buggle back for part 2! Doug takes a deep dive into the abuse that he endured while married to his covert narcissistic ex-wife Tammy. We talk about the ways in which she insidiously invaded the relationships with his children. The controlling, humiliating and abusive ways in which she treated Doug. And, what happened to his relationships when Tammy was removed from the equation, particularly with Jim, Tammy's ex-husband. We discuss where he is today, and how he got to a place of healing. We also discuss the moments in which he realized there was something very wrong with the woman he was married to and how he had the strength to get out.
