Oliver is an Associate in the Real Estate Disputes team and in this Property Patter focuses in on RCOs, and some of the differences between RCOs and BLOs. The episode also discusses the key decision of Triathlon Homes LLP, the background to the decision and the significance of the same. Lastly, Michael and Oliver share their thoughts on how RCOs and BLOs may be used in the future.
