UConn women’s basketball survived a major injury scare when Paige Bueckers came out of an awkward collision with only a knee sprain. Since then, the Huskies have played two games without her and acquitted themselves well. They’ve also been more consistent in the new year — thanks in part to the recent emergence of a few players.
