Description

In this episode of Chasing the Insights, I talk to author Anish Patel. Anish talks to us about The Epidemic of Burn Out, Fatigue & exhaustion. Anish Patel began his career like many others—grinding through the 9-5 hustle in the heart of London. But by 25, He felt a deep sense of unfulfillment, so Anish embarked on a daring adventure to South America. Over the next seven years, he experienced the extreme highs and lows—from hitting rock bottom financially to building a seven-figure video advertising company in record time. However, success came at a cost. Anish crashed into severe burnout and depression, pushing him to seek answers to life's deeper meaning. This quest led Anish through wild phases of heavy partying and drug use, and eventually to various healing and therapeutic practices. He experimented with art, explored poetry, and even dabbled in acting. His journey then took a profound turn toward self-development, spirituality, and psychology. Over the next seven years, Anish delved deep into Somatic Experiencing, Energy Work, Attachment Therapy, Masculine-Feminine Polarity, and much more. In the end, the most profound truth Anish discovered was simple: Presence. The art of allowing life's energy to flow through you, unlocking your greatest creative potential. Now, with his system of 10 principles, container work, energy work, and 12 years of experience in both relationships and business, Anish helps business leaders build a solid foundation of calm, peace & zen so their productivity, creativity, and most importantly business flourishes.
