Richie Breaux is an entrepreneur, author, podcaster, wellness coach, and U.S. Navy veteran, known for blending business success with faith and purpose. Born in Peoria, Illinois, Richie survived a devastating house fire at age three, a pivotal experience that shaped his belief in divine purpose. Despite facing further hardships, including another house fire during his youth, he excelled as a three-sport athlete, played college football, and later joined the Navy, serving in Pearl Harbor, Hawai'i, where he met his wife, Tiffany. In 2012, Richie and Tiffany founded All Things New (ATN), a residential construction company in Hawai'i. Starting with limited resources, they grew ATN into an award-winning business recognized on the Inc. 5000 list and ranked among the Top 50 Construction Companies nationwide. Notably, ATN renovated a $34 million home purchased by NBA star Zach LaVine. Richie has been featured in Hawaii's Business Top 250 and the Black Book of Top Executives to Know in Hawai'i. Richie is the author of Builder of All Things: A New Perspective of Purpose with the 'Business Partner' You Didn't Know You Had, encouraging entrepreneurs to align their work with a higher calling. He hosts the Builder of All Things podcast, where he explores stories of resilience and faith-driven leadership with fellow entrepreneurs and community leaders. Beyond business, Richie advocates for solutions to Hawai'i's housing crisis and permitting challenges, using his platform to engage local officials and inspire change. His contributions to business and community earned him the title of Modern Luxury Hawaii's Modern Man of the Year in 2024. Today, Richie continues to motivate others through his work, emphasizing stewardship, faith, and building a legacy rooted in purpose. He and Tiffany share a thriving family with four children and thirteen grandchildren.
