I'm a graduate of the Advanced Clinical Training program of Nutrition Response Testing®. I am also a Master Clinician in the technique. Since 2012, I have been helping families in middle Georgia improve their health through whole foods and nutrition. I have helped my community improve hormone function, handle stress and fatigue, have healthy fertility, lose weight, and improve gut health. I completed my initial nutrition certification (CNC) and did my graduate studies in Special Education at George Washington University. I continued further graduate education in Applied Clinical Nutrition from Northeast College of Health Sciences in New York. Not only am I an Advanced Nutrition Response Testing® Practitioner, but I was a successful Special Educator for 10 years who focused on intervention and nutrition from a holistic approach for kids with Autism and other special needs.When I'm not at Svast Nutrition, you might find me at a local coffee shop, yoga studio, or singing at an event. I love to spend time with my husband, Saurabh, and our kids, Karthik and Sanaa. As a mother and wife, I know how important it is to be healthy mentally, physically, and spiritually. I often say “If the body is fueled with good nutrition, it has the ability to heal and function."
