Description

Send us a textListen in to experience whats it's like to dedicate yourself for over 30 years to become a master of Hapkido, a Korean martial art. Hapkido is a non competitive martial art focusing on throws, kicks and punches, pressure point techniques blended with meditation. If that's not enough, she is also the founder of the Women's Sport Trust, a charity promoting elite women sport. Their strap line is "Making women's sport visible, viable and unstoppable."She's been on our chiro tables for over a decade and she gives a fab description of how she feels chiropractic has helped her. She talks in terms of flow, when the flow is low chiro is the go! At the age of 50 she had a hip replacement and we follow that journey too, linked to her other sport - masters powerlifting. She obtained a Masters of Strength and Conditioning with further study in Sports Psychology. Thanks Tammy. Don't forget to check out out insta page on  @chirolondonpod Instagram @chirolondonpod
