The entire Tailored Coaching Method staff got together this week, as they do twice per year, and worked on what we call a “Purpose Charter”. In the most truest sense, it’s a declaration of excellence. Because it’s a document that outlines our Vision, Mission, Values, and Principles — however it goes beyond just declaring what these aspects might be… it was signed upon as an agreement to live up to these things, every single day of our lives. Why do this? And why take this “coaching thing” so dang serious…? Because the only way to change the world is by first changing ourselves, next changing those we work with — to a level that truly changes their lives, and finally to impact those who simply observe our actions, so much that they too begin to change prior lives for the better.
