Digital transformation: positive work evolution

The pace of change has never been faster and with it comes a responsibility on our profession to look at digitalisation holistically within our organisations and how we design work. In this episode we're presenting some highlights from our 2023 annual Wellbeing seminar and part two from our Digital Transformation and Talent session with Kerry Group.From the Wellbeing seminar, Dr. Caroline Murphy of University of Limerick, who is conducting research on digitalisation and the impact that has on job design on behalf of CIPD, shares insights into how job design and management practices can have a positive impact on wellbeing.
