Yeah, I mean, I'll be honest. I think it is a little strange. I mean, at the end of the day, you should want to develop your staff regardless of the color of their skin. I think that's important. I think we take a lot of pride with the Bears on how we have our setup. And I take a lot of pride in that. So to be compensated for that's a little strange. I mean, I saw the Chiefs get a pick because of me, and then I watched that player go and play. It's just a little odd. But at the end of the day, if they think that's what's best to help incentivize, then that's what they wanted to do.
I mean, the fact that they have to incentivize anything, what does that tell you? That tells you all you need to know right there. There's an opportunity that we can make our team, we can help our team get better, you know, by hiring X, Y, and Z. Why does you have to incentivize it? You know why. And it doesn't mean anything. Doesn't mean anything. And the fact that they have to do that in 2026 tells you all you need to know. The fact that we're still fighting. Never mind. But you understand what I'm trying to say.

And I think Ryan Poles has done a great job. I think he's done a great job. You look at Caleb Wade, you look at the Roman Doomsday, you see the trade for DJ Moore, you see Burton, you see Loveland, you see Joe Thune, and you see the guys that they brought in. So I think he's done a great job.
