In this activity, an expert in obstetrics and gynecology and a cervical cancer survivor discuss strategies to increase human papillomavirus vaccination uptake, thereby reducing cervical cancer risk. Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to: Review guideline-recommended clinical strategies to reduce cervical cancer risk; Outline patient-focused strategies to increase acceptance of HPV vaccination across patient subpopulations; and Identify clinical approaches to enhance the uptake of recommended schedules for HPV vaccination.
