The 7th episode of “At Centre Stage” dissects the rules of conduct for EU online retailers in the light of changes of the Omnibus directive. In September last year, economists were still predicting the continuous growth of this sector, but since then the circumstances on the global markets have changed drastically. But the rules of conduct on discounted prices have changed for EU online retailers with the new EU Enforcement and Modernisation Directive, more commonly known as the Omnibus directive.
