He shares ideas for infusing competition into everything they do to keep spirits high, build bonds of the team, and have fun. John Tomlinson is the offensive coordinator of the Pittsburgh Maulers. He sends his offensive unit an email the night before to let his players know what the competition for the next day will be, adding motivational quotes and videos that tie into his message for the day.
