Coaching Mindset - Joe Kasper, Assistant QB Coach, Duke University

Joe Kasper joined the Duke coaching staff in March of 2018 and serves as an assistant coach to Coach Cutcliffe working quarterbacks after spending the previous season working with defensive backs. Prior to joining the Blue Devil staff, Kasper coached the wide receivers at John Carroll University during the 2017 campaign and directed the defensive backs at his alma mater, Mentor (Ohio) High School, in 2015-16. He also has previous experience with the NFL’s Cleveland Browns, serving as a Player Personnel and Development Assistant from 2013-15. Kasper lettered three seasons on the gridiron at Baldwin Wallace University and earned Capital One Academic All-America honors before graduating in 2015 with a degree in political science. He currently is an owner in Ace Performance which focuses on the mental performance aspects of sport.
