Jim Meyer is today’s guest on the Coach and Coordinator podcast. Meyer currently retired from coaching after serving as the defensive coordinator at Baldwin Wallace University (Berea, Ohio). He sits down with Keith to discuss why it’s critical that coaches stick to a schedule, why head coaches need to be respectful of their assistants’ time and how he contains the perimeter with his blader and razor concept. He also dishes on his most famous football pupil—LeBron James, who Meyer coached on the gridiron during his freshman and sophomore seasons at St. Vincent-St. Mary (Akron, Ohio).
