Seeing One Another as Human - With Laura Rutherford

Seeing others as human and holding space for them… what does that look like?  Join us this week with Laura Rutherford creative and Mother of 7. This was a beautiful conversation about stripping it all away and being human and being okay and what lessons we can learn from our children.  I don't know about you but I  sure as shit have learned some patience. I also learned that each end every person (my children included) are individuals who has gone through something unique, and they in turn process that experience in a very different way.   The more we hold space for people and let go of what we think they should be or who we want them to be, it is a very freeing experience for both parties.  I think though… that it all starts with accepting ourselves first. Loving who we are, all our parts. I think that is being free. Loving yourself.
