Embodying Your Word of the Year • Part 1

Happy holidays, and happy Capricorn Season! While I am not an astrologer, I do feel a quickening of ambition in the air.  Over the last week I’ve been reviewing the year past,  and reflecting on where I’m ready to evolve next. My take on self-evolution is this: I will be evolving in the year to come whether I like it or not. I have no interest in fixing myself, as nothing in me is even close to broken.
