They started with residential projects in the Mumbai market and were early innovators in the luxury residential segment through projects such as Raheja Vivarea. Over decades, they have diversified across verticals and markets to have a nationwide presence through ventures such as Mindspace Business Parks, Chalet hotels and more.Mr. Ranganathan, is an industry veteran, with over 2 decades of experience in residential real estate.
