This latest lawsuit, filed today in Miami, alleges that Williamson’s former marketing agents (who are suing Williamson in a separate action) promised to pay the plaintiff 5% of the compensation that they received on Williamson’s marketing deals. On this emergency podcast, Dan points out a possible fatal flaw in the new lawsuit: an admission that the agents met with Zion’s parents while he still had eligibility remaining, which could be a violation of the Uniform Athlete Agent’s Act.
