102. Let's Normalize Encouragement

There is so much going on in the world today! The narrative is very much giving negativity, its giving toxicity on level ten thousand to the tenth power. For as much as I love to exaggerate, this is not one of those times. With everything that has gone on within the last few years on up until now, there is a lot to process, manage, cope with, heal from and its heavy! Let's normalize dropping gems of encouragement! We have got to make encouragement a part of the conversation. Normalize lifting yourself and others up because with all the darkness swirling around, we all need the light of love and encouragement.
