113. Give Yourself More Credit

No one could be harder on myself than me! Not the teacher with the red pen marking up changes, not my coaches when I played sports and not even my boss; nope no one beat me because I was too busy beating myself. I’m so grateful I gave up that mentality and realized in a world designed to tear you down, I had to be the one building me up! If you’re tired to being your worst critic and taking yourself down with tough love you’ve taken too far, this is for you! It’s time to put that critic to bed!
