20. Self Care For the One Who is Everybody’s Everything

I’m talking to anyone who is a parent, caregiver, clerk or anyone who is serving others. When you’re wearing all the hats, expected to have all the answers with solutions on tap, you’re expected to fill every need that arises. While busy being everyone’s everything: from all things adulting, ultimate caregiver, counselor, mediator, chauffeur all the way up to but not limited to personal assistant, where is your self care? Are you even on your own list? Self care isn’t selfish, at this point it’s mandatory especially if you plan on having the strength and ability to be at your best for yourself and all those you serve. Join me as we make self care the norm. I’m sharing with you my must haves in how I make self care a part of my daily routine. You deserve the same level of care you give.
