Hailing from Taiwan, someone who started her journey as a biologist has played many roles throughout her career. She also worked as an entrepreneur who ran a food truck for a number of years. Recently she stumbled upon a clubhouse and got introduced to Tiny Habits club based on the book Tiny Habits by Prof B J Roff. Since then she has practiced and become a certified tiny habits coach. She is currently leading the HOPE ( Health Openness Positivity Engagement) movement to combat LOSS (Limiting-belief Opinions Sadness Sabotage). Her major clients include mid-forties women especially caregivers and can't leave their house. She also believes in the power of living in the moment and advises young students and professionals to keep celebrating small wins than waiting for the big breakthrough.
