A Grounding, Self-Compassion practice for Childhood Trauma Surivovrs

07 Feb 2025

Description

Deeply Rooted: https://courageousjourneys.com/courses/deeply-rooted-a-guided-journal So many of us move through life disconnected from our bodies, especially those who’ve experienced interpersonal trauma. And, healing requires us to be able to be IN our bodies while feeling safe and grounded. This is such a significant part of the healing journey. But, how do you get there? Like everything on the healing journey, it is a process and practice. In today’s video, I’ll guide you through a practice to help you reconnect in a safe and gentle way . This is a great practice for anyone but, especially if you tend to judge or shame your body. Tuning into your body is an essential part of healing. When we listen to what it needs, we create space for deeper self-trust and emotional regulation. Are you ready to feel more present in your body? Grab a journal and join me in this practice.
