I was 43 years old, right? So five years ago, I threw my back out. I was losing my hair. I was a hot mess.

And it was because I was working alongside with someone that hated me and was making my life miserable. And I wouldn't walk away from it. So she ended up having to fire me. Cut to the point of this is I was in so much pain when I threw my back out. It was insane. That was horrible. worse pain than having a c-section and giving birth no doubt for sure and it went on for a really long time it wasn't something that healed really quickly right so and I am sure anyone that's listening right now that's had back pain or back trauma understands us it's probably I mean it's definitely one of the worst things right so to that end I remember I had to stop working out for a while and I am one of those people that working out for me is like my saving grace it is what I look forward to every day I get so excited
