When Imelda Marcos wanted to erect a massive film center to host the world's most fashionable and celebrated in cinema, she had a tight deadline to get it done. During construction an unspeakable accident happened that took the lives of many innocent workers. Rather than halt construction to save those trapped in the rubble, building immediately resumed, and many unfortunate souls were sealed away under concrete and steel.
