On September 16th, 2004, Miami police received a phone call from Raul Mata reporting that his daughter had been murdered. 16-year-old Dilicia Mejia was murdered in her own home. No arrests were made at the time. It wasn't until 16 years later, detectives were able to figure out who murdered Dilcia.
