Consent Laid Bare With Advocate Chanel Contos

Chanel Contos became a household name in 2021 after beginning an Instagram poll asking for Australian girls and women’s stories of sexual assault. After an outpouring of responses, Chanel began Teach Us Consent, a movement that urged the government to include sexual consent education in the curriculum.  Since then, Chanel has created huge change in the country and won the Young People’s Human Rights Medal. As of this week, Chanel is also an author.
