Paul McCormack is my guest this week. Paul has been facilitating Holotropic Breathwork since the early 1990's after training with Stan Grof. He has run workshops all over the world in addition to running regular workshops here in Ireland. Paul is a qualified and accredited Psychotherapist / Counsellor in addition to being a Grof certified facilitator and has had a private therapy practise for over 30 years. Paul initially trained in Jungian Psychotherapy but then after studying Gestalt and Hakomi and Addiction Studies, Shamanism and Transpersonal Psychology, Paul gravitated towards a more Humanistic and Integrative approach. Additionally Paul has worked in the addiction services field, both for the Dublin Drugs task force, the HSE and for the Rutland Centre. Paul has a very keen interest in music, having also studied Sound Engineering, Music Production and Music Performance. Paul plays guitar and performs himself.
