This week I'm talking about how our stories and the meanings we attach to them can keep us in a rut or feeling stuck in a certain situation with no way out. The reality is, we will all face challenges, pain and difficulties in life. But often the event is in past, but we continue to hurt ourselves over and over again with our thoughts & the story we create around what happened. Viktor Frankl in his book, Man's Search for Meaning, says 'Forces beyond your control can take away everything you possess except one thing, your freedom to choose how to respond to a situation.'  Our ability to choose our response and the meaning we create from a situation, is where our true power lies. www.soulpowerlight.com
