Rachel Tu, registered dietitian, yoga teacher and creator of Food, Flow Thought teaches us about a way of eating called Intuitive Eating - a way of eating that is based on tuning into your body's needs rather than following restrictive rules of a diet. Intuitive eating makes spiritual Cheetos a reality!  All jokes aside, there's some truth to that.  We talk about the connection between intuitive eating, mindfulness and yoga.  Each practice helps deepen the others.
