February 5: Unity Day

<p><strong>Welcome to Daily English with Sarah.</strong></p> <p>Daily English is a daily podcast in simple English. Each episode describes a holiday, festival, or other important day around the world.</p> <p>The average episode is around <strong>5 minutes</strong> long, and uses <strong>grade 5</strong> level English. Most of the vocabulary should be familiar to learners who have completed <strong>A2 </strong>in the CEFR.</p> <p>Your host, Sarah, is an Australian-born native-speaker of English. She has a PhD in linguistics, and holds a Graduate Certificate of Higher Education. Before leaving to travel the world, she worked as a university lecturer.</p> <p><strong>The Daily English podcast theme is by James Rampant.</strong></p>
