Day 6 is a gentle peace meditation for the third chakra (solar plexus)—the inner space of confidence, purpose, and passion. When life feels noisy or demanding, this center can tighten into pressure, self-doubt, or overthinking. Today's longer, supportive practice helps you return to a calmer relationship with your own power—so your passions can feel steady, warm, and true. You'll be guided to settle the breath, soften the body, and bring kind attention to the area above the belly button—inviting ease into the places where you've been holding yourself too tightly. As peace gathers within you, you'll reconnect with the quiet spark that says: I'm allowed to want what I want. I'm allowed to care. I'm allowed to begin again. This meditation is not about forcing motivation. It's about clearing space so your natural joy and desire can rise without pressure—grounded, sustainable, and aligned with who you are now. We'll close by gently expanding that peace outward, letting your calm confidence become something you carry into the world.
