During this season of lights, as we celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, and other holidays around the world, I wanted to offer a gift of peace and reflection. Within each of us lies a light, a spark of hope and connection that can illuminate our lives and the lives of those around us. This guided meditation is an invitation to connect with that inner light, to cultivate a sense of calm amidst the holiday bustle, and to share your peace with the world. THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: Silence in Action Quest DO something every day to promote inner stillness. This is a stillness activity that you DO. It's outside of your seated meditation. Day 3: Inhale and become aware of stillness within yourself. Exhale tension.
