With each breath, imagine you're releasing tiny droplets of tension. Breathe in calm, breathe out stress. Your breath is a gentle wave, washing away what no longer serves you.Now, let's practice a technique I call "Soft Awareness." Imagine your thoughts are like clouds drifting across a vast sky. You are the sky - spacious, unchanging, watching these clouds move without getting tangled in them.
