Your breath isn't something you have to control, but something you can simply witness.Today, we're exploring a practice I call the "Stress Wave Meditation." Picture stress like ocean waves - powerful, but not permanent. They rise, they peak, and then they naturally dissolve. Just like these waves, your stress has a natural rhythm.Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly. Feel the warmth of your touch. As you breathe, imagine each inhale drawing in calm, each exhale letting tension melt away. When stressful thoughts appear - and they will - see them like passing clouds. Acknowledge them, but don't attach. Let them drift across your inner sky without grabbing hold.Notice the space between your thoughts. That quiet, expansive awareness is always here, waiting for you.
