Twitter stock - now that Elon has made the $54/share offer - Market update 4/14/22

Elon has offered to buy all $TWTR shares at $54/share, but the stock is down. What's the next move for the stock?  $AAPL earnings are coming up, when should you buy?  $AMZN shareholder letter - what it said?  Financials - $C $GS $JPM $MS $WFC and other financials reported - trading volume up, deals are dead and there's uncertainty in the market.  Tom's high convictions - $CF $MOS $IPI Fed governor Waller said inflation has peaked?  $SPY - I posted a channel of trading that I think he market will stay in  $TSM - beat estimates - revs up 46% YoY - upped forecasts $UNH - beat - this should be in your portfolio - but it's not in mine - I haven't found entry  $AMD and $MU are my buys in the semi space
