Microsoft is building a program to let brands advertise within free-to-play Xbox games, with ads appearing as early as Q3 2022. Protocol reports that Classroom Technologies is working with Intel to incorporate an algorithm that would attempt to identify what emotions students look like they’re feeling, including bored, distracted or confused. Netflix is developing a show based on the card game “Exploding Kittens”.
