This is going to be a multi-connected episode over there so-and of several episodes, How deep this Journey To Inner Peace goes, is pretty damn mind blowing.Starting off with having severe Panic and Anxiety attacks so bad it resulted in Cal just leaving his job right at the start of a "Mandatory Meeting". The walls closed in, the room was spinning, while Sweating, Hot, and Frantic!!! - We Shower to Cleanse our skin and hair, but it takes more than just water running over our skin, or just soap touching our body to become clean! The same goes for our insides, so we eat good to cleanse our insides, but what about the other major pillar of life? Our Thoughts, Energy, Subconscious, Attitude, Feelings, or Even What makes you Alive vs Dead! So How do We cleanse our thoughts/energy/attitude? I learned that that's a huge reason meditation exists and why people have been doing it for as long as they've known to eat food, and sleep!
