(Sometimes us not fully forgiving someone is keeping us connected to them but not in the right way) - Most importantly, how do we learn to forgive ourselves?!! When we didn’t respond the way we wanted to/or treat a situation how we should have. Personal needs: - We all have different needs (physical, emotional, spiritual) but some of us are disconnected from what our needs actually are.
