87. The Only Numbers You Need To Know To Grow Your Studio

You may or may not have thought about this, but as studio owners, we are surrounded by numbers; Enrolments Retention Sizing for measurements Merch orders Expenses Income Counting music …the list goes on… For many creatives, math & numbers are not always our strongest skill. (our talents just lie elsewhere)... Now, of course, I am not speaking for everyone – but I stand here with complete transparency and tell you – I was that person, heck, I still use my fingers to count sometimes.
