Not only is Cody Rhodes, who I believe has a major role in this movie, but Roman Reigns is also in this movie, and it seems like this is more of the norm now, Bully, where a lot of WWE superstars cross over to not just the mainstream, but major motion pictures.
Yes, we've been seeing this since we've seen it with The Rock. Uh well actually w let's go back even farther. We saw it with Hulk Hogan, we saw it with The Rock, we saw it with Steve Austin, we saw it with Batista, we've seen it with Cena. So yes, this is more of the the norm for the WWE. We've seen it with the Miz. Let's not let's not forget the Miz. Let's throw him in there too.
And now you're I guess arguably the two biggest stars right now in the WWE is getting, you know, are are tipping their toes in to major motion pictures and the mainstream. Um so we got into that conversation and the majority of nation members that called in yesterday, bully, love it. They think it's it they think it's great, not only for for them as fans, but for wrestling and also for the stars that are involved and if they have to leave to film a movie, well then maybe that actually helps the star. And I use Cody as an example. Cody Rhodes right now bully is getting booed. Like bully Cody Cody Rhodes right now does not have the same appeal with the WWE universe that he had coming out of WrestleMania forty.
I think you'd probably have to be deaf to not at least say that when it comes to Cody Rhodes. But let's just say Cody Rhodes and this movie hits and is huge.

And now Cody Rhodes is now a next level superstar. And let's just say Cody Rhodes is off your TV for three months. Well, maybe if Cody Rhodes comes back, he's not getting the same reaction that he's getting right now. And who knows, maybe Cody Rhodes brings in New viewers to the WWE because his popularity of being in Street Fighter.
I will say that absence makes the heart grow fonder, especially in professional wrestling. And if Cody were to come off of TV while the movie is released, to the point that we were clamoring for a Cody Rhodes return, it could bode very well for him.
Yes. So and and maybe that's in the future. And Roman did an interview recently with Complex. Now I I wasn't aware of Complex before this Roman Reigns interview, but it's a huge site, huge pop culture website. That's another thing that the WWE does very, very well is they make sure to get their stars on a lot of mainstream outlets. And this interview with Roman Reigns has gotten a lot of people talking. One of the things is about what he had to say about Cody Rhodes. But I'm gonna stick a pin in that for a few minutes because he also mentioned something that is something, bully, that you have mentioned a lot here on Busted Open. And that is the new environment in the locker room. Most notably the inclusion of the tour bus.
So I know you've had your opinions about the tour bus, both good and bad. Uh, but you have said in the past that that tour bus, as good as it is for the individual, can hurt the atmosphere of the locker room. Yes.
Yeah, I think it has th with the amount of talent that have tour buses, I definitely think it has eroded the camaraderie of the locker room.
Okay, so Roman had something to say in this interview with Complex that I thought was very interesting. And first he talked about himself and a lot of people and and again this is just the way unfortunately social media takes it. A lot of people read this interview and they thought, all right, Roman is starting his phasing out in the WWE. I did not get that at all by reading this article with Roman. I I actually thought completely the opposite of that, 'cause he talked about Hey, I this has got legs. You know, now I am the head of the table.
