In 2001, producer Avi Arad and Marvel Studios brought the world "Mutant X," a sci-fi television series VERY LOOSELY connected to the X-Men comics (due to legal issues). Despite its tangential-at-best connection to the X-Universe, Trev and Joe have decided to give the show its day, by watching and reporting on both the pilot and the 66th and final episode (we'll leave it to some other X-Men podcast to bother with the other 64). But first, the guys discuss Joe's recent Emmy win, current news events and how they relate to the X-Men, and Rupert Wyatt being announced as the "Gambit" director (mostly just an excuse to swoon over Channing Tatum, yet again). Plus, the guys make a pitch to Vice President Joe Biden that, quite frankly, he would be a fool to turn down.
