AEW Full Gear 2021 saw the long awaited main event match of Hangman Adam Page vs Kenny Omega for the AEW Worlds Championship with Hangman Adam Page finally circling back after 2 years and fulfilling his destiny to be the AEW Worlds Champion. Along with the main event match, the opener between MJF & Darby Allin was an absolute beatdown brawl of a match with both men bruised from head to toe by the time the match was over.
