The 200th edition of TNA Wrestling Impact took place on July 30th, 2009! Bobby Lashley just came into the company and turned down the invitation to join the Main Event Mafia. At the top of the program, Mick Foley runs down the Main Event Mafia and claims they don’t care about anything but money and ratings. Tonight he challenges Kurt Angle to put his World Title & Kevin Nash to put his Legends Titles on the line in a tag team match. It’s Mick Foley & Bobby Lashley vs Kurt Angle and Kevin Nash in the main event. Also, Eric Young is the leader of the new group The World Elite. He says he's tired of being the funny “HAHA” guy and shaves his head live on TV. AJ Styles and Matt Morgan start a Best of 3 Series with the winner getting a World Championship Match! Plus, Super Mex Hernandez makes it known that he wants to become TNA World Champion. And don't forget, this is the infamous episode where Team 3D puts the IWGP Tag Team Titles on the line without the permission of New Japan Pro Wrestling.
