64. What does living consciously actually mean?

You might have heard this term or phrase - living consciously. What does it actually mean practically? How does this look like, especially in the relationships in which we are most challenged with our responses and reactions? This is what I dive into and clarify today. A huge part of my mission on this planet is to promote more consciousness.
